        如何避免紙箱塌箱問題

        1、生產紙板時要控制紙板的水分含量

        紙板的水分含量不可過多,因為水分大則紙板的硬度低,影響紙板的邊壓指數。在紙板加工過程中,單面機和雙面機工序上膠量不能過大。一旦上膠量大,紙板的楞形會變形,而瓦楞的形狀是直接影響紙板的邊壓的,邊壓降低,的抗壓強度也隨之降低。

        2、紙板的粘合強度要大

        3、要控制好原紙的使用
